About Pacific Commercial

Derek DeGuire founded DeGuire Properties in 1990, combining his education and background in finance and real estate. Derek graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas in 1984 with a Bachelors degree in Finance with a minor in real estate.

The company initially built speculative homes for sale. As its reputation grew custom build-to suit homes became their focus. With his roots in custom home building, having built hundreds of homes over his career, DeGuire began commercial construction and development in 2000. Today, through its Pacific Commercial division, the company specializes in speculative and build to suit professional and medical office development and construction.

Clients work with a licensed architect to design their office to meet their specific needs. Our experienced team combines the design and building processes together to provide attractive office spaces that serve as an excellent investment through appreciation and tax advantages. Our home office serves as a prototype of the type and level of finish-out of the professional office buildings we are constructing.
