New Office Starts In Grapevine

Bedford based Pacific Commercial has started construction on a 7,500 square foot medical office condo in Grapevine. Located in Grapevine Medical Park next to Baylor Grapevine Regional Hospital the new medical building is a custom build to suit for two orthopedic surgeons. At completion Pacific will have developed almost 20,000 square feet of office space at the medical park.
