SHELIA PIERCE
Shelia Pierce is an integral part of the Pacific Commercial team. As Office Manager, Shelia is responsible for a variety of duties including accounts payable, interim draws for building projects, schedule warranty calls, and property management. She also oversees marketing collateral including property packages and flyers.
As an Office Manager for a Landscape company, Shelia oversaw accounts receivables, accounts payables, invoicing and weekly payroll for 30 employees. Additional experiences include working for a Financial Planning company as a liaison between investment companies and clients. Shelia worked with investment advisors & clients, opening new accounts, building financial plans, coordinating changes to existing accounts, and setting up funding.
